Frenchie's 35th Throwback Birthday Par-TAY!!!

My sweet friend in B-ham, Frenchie, celebrated her 35th this past Monday with a crowd of friends and family at the Matt Jones Gallery! She is such a talented woman and an amazing event designer! Every detail had her artistic flair with a hip hop '80s twist - down to the cassette tapes hanging off the food table decor! It was SOOOO fun, wish I could have stayed and danced all night!!! The Wedding of Amber & Billy!

Well, I am so behind in blogging this gorgeous wedding! Good thing Amber & Billy had other things to worry about on the Big Island for their honeymoon! I'm so excited to post a few photos - there are SO many from this beautiful spring day at Brignoli Manor in Talladegha. Amber was glowing the entire day! Check out a few of the details...

Emma - 6 months!

Emma is getting so big so fast! She is such a doll. Despite not being in a mood for photos, we did get to capture some really cute ones in her pink tutu her mom made for her :) Below is a small preview!

It was great seeing you all again and watching Emma grow this year!

The Engagement of Kirstyn & Scott!

Kirstyn and Scott are getting married in less than 2 months - we had such a fun session in Prattville - and it was great to finally meet Scott! And did I mention they have a Dairy Queen connection?? Yes - that is how these two met :) Scott's parents own the shop in Montgomery - so I HAD to include dilly bars on the shoot! (Not to mention I was looking forward to eating one myself, lol!)

The Engagement of Emily & Lee!

I photographed this sweet couple in the middle of nowhere - an abandoned house and old barn were on the property (no worries, we had permission, lol!) Emily saw it and knew, 'This is the place!' Check out a few of the many fun images from their Engagement Session!

Gotta love the tire swing! The last two shots were on a caboose at another property - don't ask me how to get there! Emily and Lee got to watch me react to an attack of fire ants as I was setting up - I'm not sure how I manage to do that at least once or twice a year while photographing on location, but I hope this was the only time for awhile! haha!

Taylor's Senior Session!

I just met Taylor last week for her senior portraits. She was looking for something a little different, I think we pulled it off! It is always interesting photographing people in the same locations - my goal is to make them look original! The Engagement of Jessica & Rob!

Jessica and Rob are getting married in just FIVE weeks! I'm so excited to be a part of Jessica's life, we've been brought together by mutual friends/family. And Rob is such a great addition as well! I'm looking forward to her bridal shower tomorrow!
